Fitness Challenge: Sit-ups
Skill Work: More Ladder Footwork on Wednesday
We have a nice little workout that's easy to do inside on a rainy day like today. We are going back to the 15 minute challenges. This time we are going to do sit-ups. I'll show a quick demonstration of a proper sit-up, other than that it is 3-10 sit-ups per minute for 15 minutes. You should have a good burn in your abs when you're done with this one. Enjoy!

Ladder work for this week. 1 foot hops using each foot, in and outs, skiers. Again, try to work on quick feet that are in control!
