Fitness Circuit: Mountain Climbers, Pushups, Squat Jumps
Skill Work: Footwork
Our workout this week includes mountain climbers (cardio and core strength), pushups (upper body strength), and squat jumps (lower body strength).
3-5 times through the circuit
Mountain Climbers: 20-40 per set
Pushups: 8-15 per set
Squat Jumps: 10-20 per set
Work at your own pace with focus on good technique before you focus on speed.

Skill work for the week focuses on our footwork. We want quick feet that are in control! Sidewalk chalk is probably your most accessible resource to be able to make yourself a ladder. This week I demonstrate 1 foot, 2 feet, and bunny hops. Try to spend 3-5 minutes on each one.
